Tim Maher is the principal of Pinnacle Hotel Finance and leads the company’s hotel finance platform. Over the past 16 years, he has financed over 250 hotels for clients representing over $2 billion in financing on hotel assets. Tim started his career in commercial real estate finance in 2004 and was active financing multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hotel properties. In 2008, his focus turned exclusively to hotel finance as he found it was an underserved asset class within commercial real estate finance and one that allowed him to work directly with small business owners and entrepreneurs. His finance background and knowledge within the hotel industry serve as a great asset to his clients. He frequently attends and speaks at various hotel investments conferences each year. Lenders value his service as he consistently presents well structured loans that are attractive and exceptionally managed.

Tim graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an MBA in Finance and from Florida State University with a B.S. in Finance.
